I hope that you all are having a great day. I just wanted to post because I have not posted in almost a week. I went out of town to Florida. I ate well while I was away. It was hard at times, but I was able to resist urges. Since, I have been back, I have learned more from the Noom app. They did a lesson on not categorizing food as good or bad. It's all about caloric intake. Then, they encouraged the people to eat something sweet, so I went to Cheesecake Factory to get a slice of my favorite, Red Velvet cheesecake. However, I only ate half because I did not have enough calories to eat the entire piece. It was delicious. I have not eaten cheesecake in months because I saw it as a bad food.
