I hope your day has been well. I know it is Monday, but I am thankful to still be alive. I wanted to give you all an update on the weight-loss journey. Today, I did not do my T-25 because I did 3 laps around Mt. Trashmore. I had my 10,000 steps before noon today! It was awesome!! Gym- I canceled my Planet Fitness Membership because I am going to focus on either walking outside or working out in my house. I heard someone say that you can start at home, so I am going to do that. If I can build a discipline, then I will add a gym membership again later. The key is there is no point of me continuing to pay for a gym membership, but I am not going consistently. Eating- I am starting an eating challenge with some friends in September. It is a no sugar challenge. I think it going to be tough, but it is doable. I ate a desert today, and it was good. As long as I don't make it a bad habit, it is fine. I am still desperate for change. I still weigh myself every morning to keep myself focused on what I am supposed to be doing and to watch the changes in my body. Thank you for reading the blog today!!! We can do this!!
