I hope you all had a great day. Outside of the challenges of the day, God is still faithful. I ate well today, but I did not eat enough. I had to eat more fruit to put more calories in my diet. I was talking to a friend from church, and she said meal prep is so important. After being on my second week of changing my lifestyle, it seems that this will be the wisest decision to ensure that I eat healthy and that I eat enough. I did not get a chance to workout today. I am going to do my crunches before I go to bed tonight. My noom app told me that I can reward myself because I have been doing so well the last week and some change. I am so excited. I am going to get a slice of cheesecake. I will have a pictures for you all tomorrow. I am excited that I am on my way to Orlando. I plan to remain healthy on my trip. I am going to continue to use my app and log my food. My exercise will be all the walking. I will be sure to do my crunches also. TTYL, Chavon Thomas
