Hello, I hope your Monday has been great so far!! I went to the park this morning and went for a walk. It was really nice. It was a new location for me, and I think I will go again. It was peaceful. My title today is Standing Strong because today I made some tough choices in relation to eating. I made healthy choices. I am proud of myself. It has almost been 1 week. Also, great news when I weighed in today, I lost some weight!!! That was very exciting because I started to get discouraged because I had not seen a change yet. I even thought my scale was broke one day, lol. I picked it up and shook it and everything. This is not an easy process, but it is one that I am actually enjoying right now. I have not given up, and I am so happy that I have you all in this journey with me. I feel good everyday I can write a blog with good news!! My noom app today talked about how I can gain more calories in my diet if I exercise more. This was good news. However, I still have to eat the right things. There have been times in the past where I thought I could eat what I wanted because I worked out, but I have learned that is not true at all. When I workout, it is better to put good calories back in. I want my body to continue to work off the good food rather than food that is harder to process in my digestive track.
