I hope you all are having a great Sunday. Before church this morning, I ran on the treadmill and got on the elliptical. I was so proud of myself for doing an early morning workout. Also, I ate well today. I had my veggies, fruit, and protein. My calorie count was good also. I wanted to eat pizza my husband ordered, but I didn't. Then, I went to my friend's house and she had cake, but I did not eat that either. YAY for me!!! Then in my Noom app, I learned that there are positive and negative social triggers for eating healthy. However, where there are negative social triggers, you can turn them into positive ones. You can suggest something different or choose to do something different. I am thankful, and I celebrate today's success!!! It is not easy to eat healthy and exercise, but it is possible.
